The JX-HS100 injection molding customized model is efficient, stable, and capable of continuously producing composite ABL and PBL tubes with small diameters. It adopts hot runner injection molding technology, with excellent molding quality and precise acceptance of tube body seaming machine, it can produce 100 pieces per minute and quickly supply subsequent sealing and capping equipment. Suitable for fast delivery of large quantities of small diameters.

6. Auto sleeve feeding system is used to gain proper orientation and adjustment
7. Shoulder thread and size are designed according to mold

9. Formed tubes are unloaded and are rejected automatically. Thread defectives can be detected by camera system and rejected on the tube out conveyor belt
