Aluminum Barrier Layer Tubes

ABL tube is mainly used for cosmetic packaging with high requirements on hygiene and barrier properties. Its barrier layer is aluminum foil.

(1) With high barrier properties, aluminum foil has barrier properties such as light resistance, oxygen resistance, and water resistance. On the one hand, it can prevent external substances from entering into cosmetics and preventing cosmetics from oxidative deterioration. On the other hand, it can prevent cosmetics from moisture or essence and other ingredients from diffusing outside through test tubes, thus ensuring the quality of cosmetics.

(2) Low cost. In order to achieve the same barrier performance, ABL tube uses fewer materials, lower cost, and better economy than PBL tube and PE extrusion tube.
