JX Tube Foiling and Capping Machine

Automatic capping and foiling machine is designed for plastic tubes dia. range 16mm to 60mm to achieve capping and top-sealing functions. Orientation and drilling are optional. It is suitable for round cap, oval cap, flip top, snap cap etc.

Caps feeder adopts 1 or 2 vibratory feeders, and tubes will be delivered by transporter. The max speed is up to 60-100pcs/min.

This machine can be connected with tube sorting machine, tube welding machine, automatic shoulder injection machine, etc. And can also be connected with automatic tube packing machine made by our company.
